For the last 10 years Dimitar has been creating branding programs for corporate and consumer brands, financial services, real estate & development, transportation, educational institutions and non-profit organizations across Europe, Russia and CIS.
Before joining INTO Dimitar gained his international experiences in leading positions in companies like Interbrand, BBDO Branding and BTS. He has led the rebranding program of the Russian railways and has done projects for clients like VTB (Vneshtorgbank), Mikhail Prokhorov, TTK (TransTelecom), ITAR-TASS, Pasha Holding and others.
Philipp has worked as management consultant in various industries across Europe. At INTO he is mainly responsible for corporate and brand-specific analysis, positioning, brand development and marketing.
Before joining INTO he gained experience with Lischke Consulting in Munich, Quantum TM in Reading and AHP in Berlin. His consulting portfolio includes classic topics such as strategy development and implementation, as well as internationalization, marketing and the implementation of advertising campaigns. In doing so he accompanied projects for companies such as ProSiebenSat.1, Telefónica o2 and SEN.
Elena is specialized in strategic marketing and business process analysis. She has a great experience in marketing researches and creating strategic business plans.
Before joining INTO Elena was the head of Marketing department of largest russian production companies. She worked with such companies as X5 retail, Metro C&C, Spar, Transaero, Mank, Heidelberg.
Florian is specialized in the creation and implementation of complex branding concepts. At INTO he interacts as interface between strategy and design and is responsible for visual transfer and intelligible implementation of strategic concepts.
Before joining INTO Florian worked at Jung von Matt in Stuttgart, Landor Associates in Dubai and Vasha Marka in Moscow. His spectrum of creative disciplines includes branding, corporate design and advertising. In his career he additionally worked with clients such as Royal Air Maroc, Russian Railways, Sony Ericsson and Mercedes Benz.
Florian's experience ranges from development of compelling brand identities to entire re-branding projects of multinational corporations. His main focus lies on telecommunication, transportation, financial services and health care.
Before joining the INTO office in Munich he has worked at Landor Associates in Dubai. There he worked as a core team member on projects such the redesign of TeliaSonera, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Alinma Bank. Afterwards he moved to Perth in Australia where he was in charge for the Qatar Airways account at Agency Fish.
For more than ten years Susanna has been assisting big and small brands to communicate their strengths and values. At INTO she is, as Creative Brand Consultant, our specialist for brand strategy, -consulting and -storytelling as well as naming.
She started her career as copywriter at Serviceplan where she won several renowned creative awards for Sony Ericsson and MTV. Beyond that she is also an art director, a creative planner and a strategist and used her talents for, among others, BMW Group, DHL, Expedia, TUI, Reebok and ProSieben.
Raya’s goal is to attract and retain agile brands that thrive on change. With focus on international acquisition and strategic relationship building, Raya is committed to solve brand challenges by connecting them to the right resources at INTO.
Before joining INTO Raya has approached and closed deals with numerous prospects across industries and categories, continents and cultures, small brand owners and blue chip companies. From her tenures at brand design and marketing companies, Raya comes with the ability to develop strong, collaborative partnerships with clients and a proven track record of delivering profitable growth.
Kristina is part of the INTO design team in Munich. Her expertise lies in developing content-based design solutions with a holistic approach. She creates strong brand stories by analyzing the brand and its needs.
After graduating as a Master of Arts in „Design- and Communications Strategy“, Kristina gathered long-term experience as an art director for Germany’s popular fashion brands. She expanded her knowledge as a senior designer in the field of Branding and User Experience.
Daniel’s focus is to identify, unlock and boost the brand potential of our clients. His unique hybrid role between strategy and design helps him in building a coherent and strong brand, that is well-based on understanding of the market rules, the target groups’ needs, the competitors’ landscape and the company’s ambitions.
Before joining INTO, Daniel gained experience as a brand manager for New Yorker, then a CBO for a start-up and in several branding agencies. Using the synergies that corporate strategy and design form together, he works on a holistic brand approach and the relevant follow-up steps.
For the last 8 years Oleg was independent strategy and design consultant. He is a well-known specialist in branding, customer experience, service design and design management.
He has led the rebranding program of Russian Agricultural Bank (Rosselkhozbank) and has done projects for clients like Megafon, Tele2, VEB (Vnesheconombank), Mikhail Prokhorov, The Government of Moscow, Olympic Committee and others. Curator and Lecturer of the British Higher School of Design in Moscow.
With his passion for graphic design he contributes to the development of visual solutions, brand implementation and artwork execution.
Before joining INTO, Ognyan worked for 3T space and graphics design agency and did an internship in a printing house as part of the design team, thus gaining substantial experience in spatial design, advertising and enriching his competences in the prepress and printing processes.
Izabela is involved in all stages of the branding process and contributes with new ideas and excellent design skills.
Before joining INTO she took part in different design competitions, festivals and exhibitions and worked as freelance designer. Izabela is master graduate from National Academy of Art in Sofia in graphic and industrial design.
Maria is involved in the design and implementation of the branding process. Her strengths lie in conceptual design, typography and corporate design.
Before joining INTO she worked with the designstudio I LIKE in Stuttgart and took part in various design competitions. Maria graduated with a diploma as communication designer.
Veneta has a broad experience when it comes to defining the needs and goals of our clients, the management of different kinds of projects and optimizing the ways of bringing them to life. At INTO she is responsible for customer acquisition and client services.
Before joining INTO she worked in various companies as sales and business development manager. She has a masters degree in Civil Engineering, which helps her to define and solve any problems related to all kind of projects. She has great negotiating skills and the ability to respond accurately to clients' needs.
Verena has worked for years with a renowned automotive supplier and was the interface between suppliers, subcontractors and customers. She was in charge for the customer support of companies such as VW, Audi and Opel. With INTO she is responsible for client management.
Before joining INTO, she gained extensive experience in account management at PATT, where she had successfully acquired customers from various industries and fostered them over the long-term.
Alex gained his bachelor's degree in communication design at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen and the University of Newcastle. During and after that he worked in various design and communication agencies. Prior to that, he did an apprenticeship as a media designer. His path led him from agencies in the Ruhr area and Düsseldorf to Munich, where he implemented cross-media projects in the field of identity, advertising, digital and print for different industries. At INTO, he focuses on holistic design solutions for corporate and brand communication.
